Record Me (With Transcription) is designed to record audio and create transcripts while keeping your information private. The app does not require an account, does not show ads, and does not track you across apps or websites.
Your recordings and transcripts are saved locally on your device. We do not receive, collect, store, or sell your recordings, transcripts, recording titles, or notes.
If you choose to export recordings or transcripts, the export is handled by the iOS share sheet. You decide which app or service receives the exported files.
Record Me uses Apple's speech recognition features to provide transcription. Depending on your device, language, settings, and Apple's system availability, audio you choose to transcribe may be processed on your device or by Apple. Apple's privacy policy applies to Apple's processing of speech recognition requests. Learn more at apple.com/privacy.
If you buy Record Me Pro, the purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details, billing address, Apple ID password, or other payment information. The app uses Apple's StoreKit system to check purchase status so Pro features can be unlocked.
Record Me does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies. The app does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), and no App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown.

You can delete this local data by deleting recordings inside the app or by uninstalling the app from your device.
Record Me does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is designed for general audiences.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
